My 79-year-old mother-in-law recently had an appointment at this office to have six teeth extracted. Prior to the procedure, she was instructed to take Halcion. While we understood that sedation would be involved, we were completely unprepared for the condition she was in when she was discharged. Approximately two hours after the procedure, my husband was brought his mother in a wheelchair with four staff members assisting her. She was completely unresponsive and unable to support herself. My husband immediately questioned why she was not awake and how he was expected to safely transport her home. It took multiple people lifting, pulling, and pushing to get her from the wheelchair into the vehicle. At times, they were pulling on her clothing and appeared concerned about dropping her. This was both alarming and distressing to witness. What was most concerning was the lack of guidance and support regarding her condition. My husband was left wondering how he was supposed to get his nearly unconscious mother from the car into her apartment. One suggestion was to leave her in the car for a few hours until she became more alert, which we found shocking and inappropriate. After arriving a

My appointment was at 4:15. I get a phone call at 4:01, asking if I was on my way. I said yes… I’m in the parking lot. The woman said “oh sorry, I thought it was for 4, but your appointment is at 4:15!” No big deal. I go in and get checked in. 4:36 comes around, and I stated that to get a phone call asking where I was, 1 minute past an appointment time (that they misread), and then to have ME wait past time is a little odd. Another 15 minutes go by. I call my primary dentist and ask to send a referral somewhere else. At this time, they just called me back to a room… It was 4:50 (they close at 5). I took time off, and drove an hour and 20 minutes. The office was very warm, and there was no seating when I arrived. I walked back to the home because I’ve been waiting, but decided against it (and walking past small rooms) I have another referral that was already submitted to Lansing. Overall just highly was not impressed. The audacity to call 1 minute past what they thought was my appointment time, only for them to be 35 minutes behind….. if you are running that far behind, please give the same courtesy as I would and communicate…

Today is my birthday & I’m feeling so good but my smile looks even better!!!! 😁 the way Dr Perez took care of me I cannot thank him enough. The experience from beginning to end was wonderful even through insurance hiccups which were fixed immediately! He fixed a smile that I had insecurities about before my braces. Thank you soooooo much ❤️

This office is absolutely amazing! From the staff to the Perio’s. Compassion, kindness, outstanding care and dedication has been my experience for implants! Dr. Tattan is top notch! I would recommend this office to my own family, friends and anyone who needs professional, courteous, and exceptional Perio care. I can’t thank them enough!

I’m new to the area and was referred by a dentist for a mucocele. My first visit was a consultation and originally I was annoyed that it wasn’t being removed that visit, but I soon understood why. I had to get a minor surgery, which I wasn’t expecting. The time slot given to me did not accommodate the time it would take to properly remove it. Dr. Perez was absolutely amazing in all aspects. Straight to the point but willing to answer any questions I asked. During the surgery, he took the time to reconstruct my lip to ensure I had no visible defects after surgery. I was wide awake but didn’t feel a thing. As a nurse, I’m truly impressed with the care I received and would go back to him for anything else I need in the future (but hopefully not!).

I have been a periodontal patient of Dr Luis Perez for over 15 years. He saved my teeth and gums and restored my oral health. Liza the dental hygienist has been masterful in maintaining my periodontal health. I travel from Arizona to Flint just to be treated by these two outstanding providers of periodontal treatment.

Dr. Perez and Friends are the best!!! Every staff member is a shining beacon of quality dentistry and dental administration in both skill and bedside manner. I had a major procedure done yesterday that I was NOT looking forward to and everyone was reassuring, gentle, kind, professional, and amazing at what they do. Dr. Perez and his crew really enjoy their jobs and it shows tremendously. Highly recommended. The best.
